    Pros

Can make good commission if it is your first sales job

    Cons

Only 10% commission when the competitors are offering unto 30%

Company is very stingy, dont spend any money on their staff regardless of the money the staff makes them

Directors have stort term mindset and cant really see the future

    Advice to Management

Make you staff happy and they will do 100 times more

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at A&E Agency (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

Very good and relaxed, my interviewers made me feel very comfortable. It was like having a chat with friends.

It also helped that I think i knew what I was talking about and we also had social activities in common which helped the mood.
