I worked at AeroCare part-time (Less than a year)
Good pay, keeps you fit, gain some aircraft knowledge
You will be expected to clean entire aircraft cabins at the end of the night and nowhere is is this mentioned in the recruitment process. While hearing protection is provided, breathing protection is not and you'll suck in a ton of oil and fuel vapour from the cooling jet engines. The "items over 20kg will be team-lifted" rule is not true, you will either dramatically strengthen or injure your back in the first few weeks.
Advice to Management
Foster better team culture. Too individualistic
I applied online. I interviewed at AeroCare (Darwin) in August 2017.
Aplication process was long and protracted, required to conduct an impersonal online interview and a series of questionaires, before having an online interview with a HR representative in person, then was required to conduct a meet and greet with the local manager.
