    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Aetna.

    Interview

Online screen, two rounds of phone interviews. The first phone interview was with two associates and the second was with the director of the internship program. Both interviews focused on general behavioral questions and did not include technical questions.
