    Commercial Manager Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Air New Zealand.

    Interview

Unfortunately I would have to say this was the worst candidate experience I have ever been through. Amazing company and was a dream to work here but the HR team really lets the company down. Some examples include: arranging calls and missing them on multiple occasions, conflicting information about the process, calling before they had spoken to internal stakeholders about what they were looking for, multiple people in the HR team leading the process asking repetitive questions. The whole process took three months, during which I was disillusioned and joined a company that made me feel much more valued. Such a shame as I imagine they lose a lot of great talent before candidates even get through the gatekeepers.
