I have been working at Alphabet part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Friendship Cube Group of Alphabet, Inc. is an inspiring digital enterprise, calling on commissioned agents and partners to be part of the creative and interactive process. FriendshipCube is a 22bit visual binary operating system. It's the alphabet in a cube. The Friendship Cube Group's alphablock presents an opportunity and a challenge to coders, content creators, and advertisers. FriendshipCube has proven to be a reliable business partner, creating value and jobs from sales and installations with tickets, cubes, and software. Working for The Friendship Cube Group, I was inspired to help create the magic, the media, the merchandise, the movement, and the unique, yellow-token delta-blockchain money -all utilizing to some degree, the core 22bit visual binary verified identity encryption coding of IPFS. Working for The Friendship Cube Group, I fabricated, assembled, and tested 22 strand fibre optic cables for secured server towers. I also worked to engineer and manufacture Bluetooth-Enabled Hologram Camera 3D FriendshipCubes. The Friendship Cube Group recently invested in gamification, seeking to capture interest, involve, and inspire through interactive and challenging online games, video simulations, and learning environments. FriendshipCube has worked to become a verified identity instrument for a centralized human-computer interface with applications in development in areas of Government, Gaming, AI, Education, and Space.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Alphabet (Mountain View, CA (US)) in January 2015.

    Interview

Very long and much more painful then it should be. To be frank I think that it is probably the worst process of any company I have ever interviewed at. It is not worth doing unless you are positive that this is where you want to work!
