    Pros

Some genuinely nice people work here, under the impression that the company has their best interest at heart.

    Cons

Have you ever used Tinder? This is what the company culture is like. Everybody is dating, and nepotism runs deep. One day, the CEO announced that 8 people were being let go. His next immediate announcement was that his wife was being promoted from VP of HR to Chief People Officer.

    Advice to Management

I wish I could provide advice to actual managers. However, the average experience level of a director at this company is about 4 years out of college. Hey, enjoy the social life, and maybe one day, your CV will be perused by a blue chip company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amilia (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in January 2020.

    Interview

First a phone interview with basic questions/ simple french language check, then two in-person interviews on different days. The first was HR again and the direct manager, they introduced the role and asked more technical questions. The second was with other members of the technical writing team and included a written test.
