There are many chances for you to move around the company if you felt like taking on a new challenge

It is a company that has quite a niche in the market, however the market does fall significantly, jobs can be quite volitile.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Austal (Mobile, AL (US)).

    Interview

This was a single stage interview process via phone. The questions were stand to somewhat difficult when getting into the details of ship construction, maintenance and management tools. A list of guided questions was provided to facilitate the process, however, this tool was only used as a guide.
