    Pros

Great rate of pay, many company benefits

    Cons

Due to the many areas of the business operating separately sometimes issues can arise due to miscommunication brining customers to be extremely mad at service staff when it isn’t their fault.

    Advice to Management

    Improve communication channels

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Australia Post (Melbourne) in January 2013.

    Interview

3 stage interview process focused around behavioural interview questions. Was mainly centred around dealing with difficult employees and stakeholder management. How to get people motivated to join on a transformational journey
