    Pros

Possibility to learn new things quicker
    Responsible for handling several airlines
Every day and every shift is different

    Cons

    Horrible management
New colleague's are treated like they are unwelcome
You are on your own, in the beginning when you start you get like 10 days when a colleague will explain you the whole work process. From day 1 you will have different people explaining the same process. Which results as very confusing for a lot of newbies. At the end you will have to figure out on your own what will work better for you.
Fixed term contracts are almost impossible

    Advice to Management

If you don't enjoy what you do, please make way for people who really love doing this job. A lot of people are currently leaving your company due to the lack of empathy and true leadership your management has

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aviapartner (Nice (France)).

    Interview

Took less than an hour, easy, basics questions, English test, friendly atmosphere. If you already work for Aviapartner or have a significant experience working for an other handling company, a simple phone conversation should be enough.
