I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BT (Sydney) in April 2016.
The process was long and the final round was held at Barangaroo offices.
The applicants were separated into 3 groups to perform different tasks.
One group activity - Releasing a new product and coming up with an innovation strategy
Individual assessment - choosing what were the most important strategies for a new branch opening overseas
