I have been working at British American Tobacco part-time

    Pros

    Solid on-going training.
Transparency of the management on the market and sales strategies being implemented by the company.
Great Remuneration and bonus incentives available.

    Cons

It may become harder to change job to a different industry in the future especially since many companies from industries such as renewable energy and healthcare have prejudice against hiring employees from tobacco industry.

    Advice to Management

The communication or engagement of the senior management with the field workers needs to enhance.

    Interview

The phone interview was fairly standard with questions such as
why do you want to work for BAT?, why did you pick this division?
As well as having standard behavioural questions like describe a time when you took leadership of a group, describe a time when you had to maintain a tight schedule and how did you cope, etc.
