    Pros

The pay is good for what you do as a customer sales representative. Hours are early but give you time off in the afternoon.

    Cons

Unfortunately the job requires you to have difficult conversation with customers

    Interview

The phone interview was fairly standard with questions such as
why do you want to work for BAT?, why did you pick this division?
As well as having standard behavioural questions like describe a time when you took leadership of a group, describe a time when you had to maintain a tight schedule and how did you cope, etc.
