    I have been working at CDK Global full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The only pro regarding the CHRO is that she hasn't yet been here too long to completely ruin the morale of this company.

    Cons

    Morale has been down for a long time and it is no coincidence that the CHRO is at the head of the cause. Under her regime, she has shrunk benefits, instituted a ridiculous work location policy (which doesn’t allow for internals to move into managerial roles without being located in an office even if they currently a homeshored employee) and continues to instill fear among the rank and file that there will be additional layoffs.

    Brian Krzanich seems like a fantastic CEO and the things he says during meetings are extremely inspiring however if he really wants to move this company in the direction he envisions, he will need to bring in new blood to the CHRO and her direct report levels. Her mode of operation has infected her direct reports and many of their reports have and continue to leave the company; not to mention the extreme “dominance” her organization tries to push on the business.

    It’s time for the CEO to take a stand and introduce a new CHRO and senior HR leadership team so we can all move in the direction of his vision.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the CHRO and her senior direct reports.

    There were three rounds. First round was a technical assessment test taken online. Then, two face to face technical rounds and then if you get through that the final HR round.
