    Pros

    Fantastic product to be working with
    Great focus on customers
    In Australia, very much a start up vibe, which is exciting, but with the backing of a global organisation that is here for good.
    Great team culture

    Cons

    Sometimes it can be slower than I'd like to get things done
    Still reliant on head office for important things (legal, marketing, etc), but that will change.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing and make sure you invest in the broader team so we cn keep up with the phenomenal growth we're experiencing

    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ceridian in May 2019.

    Interview

    I applied on line, and approached by recruiter after about 10 days, after the recruiter interview, I was asked to do a online strength interview via Talent plus, after that was satisfying, I was scheduled a interview with the hiring manager and 2 of my peers. The final confirmation interview was with the director (2nd line boss)
