    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Department of Family and Community Services, NSW Government (Bankstown).

    Interview

Submit application. Had an online cognitive testing. Invited for group testing which included role play, written assessment and structured interview with panel of 8 (broken into pairs). The clearance step was the longest, obtaining checks and references. Go into talent pool and then job offer.

    Interview Questions

    • What attributes/self care processes do I possess that would make me suitable for a role at FACs, considering that it is a highly stressful job and I have kids.   Answer Question
