Interview
The interview process at Dilate was very comfortable. There was a genuine intention to get to know me/my experience and it did not feel intimidating. Tara, Aimee and John, the managers I interviewed with were very transparent and open, being clear about the job requirements and also answering questions I had very honestly. I was lucky enough to be successful in the interview and be offered a job - and I believe that what was presented in the interview has held true in my experience working with Dilate.
