Mission: Dun & Bradstreet grows the most valuable relationships in business by uncovering truth and meaning from data.
I worked at Dun & Bradstreet full-time (More than 5 years)
Outstanding executive team, very collaborative environment, terrific learning atmosphere, room for career growth, casual workplace setting, unique value proposition, great people and, most importantly, a very ethical company.
Since D&B is an old company, several senior leaders have spent their entire career there, which somewhat makes them resistant to change and learning.
Advice to Management
Be more flexible with telecommuting and promote the amazing concept of the Failure Wall to the broader organization.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Melbourne) in May 2011.
Phone interview was easy, took about 10 mins. Asked very basic questions about the company, position and your interest in the position. Had the 1:1 interview about a week later, wasn't too bad, but I think I didn't show enough interest in the company and position.
