I have been working at Electronic Arts (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company is in an upward growth cycle with opportunities. Good company culture and values despite difficulties in the past. Regional management are very open for feedback

    Cons

Somewhat difficult to navigate global network (particularly being Asia based)

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Melbourne) in April 2015.

    Interview

Submit the CV through their job site. The HR sent an assessment of two programming tests in the next day. One test in web/php programming, another one in C++ programming. They process the assessment pretty fast. After the assessment, there would be two groups of technical interviews, for your past project experience and technical skills. The technical interviewer are nice and friendly.

    Interview Questions

    • Q: What's the regretful thing you did?
Q: What's the difference of fast-cgi and cgi?
Q: How to optimise a design for high traffice web application?   Answer Question
