    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Etihad Airways.

    Interview

Applied online and was sent the invitation for an assessment day. Less than 50 applicants in attendance.
Didn't even get an opportunity to meet the recruiters. They went straight into the English test without asking anyone about themselves.
Apparently, I didn't pass the English test even though I'm a university graduate who has taught English abroad for two years. A few of the other rejected applicants theorized that it was due to handwriting, or lack of answering question in the group setting.

Really poor experience. Shame on Etihad. I have never, and will never fly with you.
