    The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at European Parliament in July 2020.

    Interview

    It’s awful to say the least. They take a month to preselect the candidates and then you would submit your diploma for verification but they don’t tell you if you’re the upper runner or on the waiting list. They usually preselect 3 people and only one of these gets the job but the process takes another month.

    It’s funny because I applied twice so far and I was previously preselected when I didn’t have a master and work experience and now after doing a master and working for a couple of years I didn’t even got preselected for the same position. No sense whatsoever. Not sure how fair the process is and not transparent at all. What I have noticed however is that they tend to choose LSE graduates...
