    Pros

    Passionate and deeply knowledgeable colleagues. Optimistic atmosphere and focused strategy. Cloud-native solutions being released. The dead wood has gone and we are set up to win.

    Cons

    Don't believe the Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt being spread by anonymous commentators who would try to cut us down.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at F5 Networks (Sydney) in January 2014.

    Interview

    HR Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Sales Leader. A panel was also put together to test my ability to present the F5 vision and value proposition. The panel comprise 3-4 people from different functions. The content was prepared based on information on their WWW site. The whole process took about a month.
