    I worked at Fabric.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and pay (depending on position) were the only pros

    Cons

A lot of work for little results. Lots of busy work and projects for the facade of looking busy and progressing the business. Focus on numbers too much. Very much an individualized work environment where everyone may say they are working as a team but really they are there to shine for themselves and will steal ideas and sabotage others to get to the top.

    Advice to Management

Better training and more focus on teamwork.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fabric.com (Kennesaw, GA (US)) in January 2017.

    Interview

Interview process was a series of three interviews with 6 people (2 in each interview round)
Scenario and situational questions so be prepared to give real life work experience examples to justify answers.

    Interview Questions

    • Not really a most difficult question I can think of. Just remember the process requiring me to be very detailed about my work experiences as it related to the role I was applying for.   Answer Question
