I have been working at Fresh Egg full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A family feel to a growing business which strives to perform to the best it can be. Staff selection seems to be key to ensuring a good fit in the business as well as recruiting experts in field.

The last 6 months have seen a real growth in business and the teams all embrace the challenges in front of them.

Forward thinking, caring about staff and a company that listens to it's employees. Fantastic workplace.

    Cons

    Nothing as yet, all good!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do - its a great company and having a such an open door policy is refreshing.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fresh Egg in June 2014.

    Interview

Initial interview was with two of the most senior member of the team. The competency questions started easy and gradually got harder and more specific - I later found out that the point of this was to see how much you know, but also how you react to something you don't know.

Second interview was with the head of SEO and potential line manager in Worthing - I was asked to prepare and present a top line SEO strategy for a website.
