    Pros

    - At Fresh Egg I enjoyed going to work every day. Yes, even on grey Mondays!
    - They keep a solid, positive culture and values.
    - They support your growth, there's a large personal development budget, as well as great company-wide training.
    - They genuinely care about you and will support you.
    - Colleagues are all experts at what they do, constantly learning and sharing knowledge.
    - Everyone works hard, is honest with one another and clients, and everyone strives to deliver max value to clients.
    - Colleagues have great attitudes: work hard and smart and deliver great value, and enjoy eachothers company. No-one ever gets angry or shouts. People are friendly and fun.
    - They really support work-life balance for technicians.

    - Fresh Egg is for hard-workers who want to excel. You'll work with great clients and workmates.

    Cons

    - Personal development tracking/assessments felt like it could be improved. It felt clunky, rigid and time-consuming.
    - Career progression is available, but it leans on the slow side.
    - Personally, research showed that my salary was lower than market-average. However, this may be somewhat my fault as I didn't flag this.

    - Note, they survey and listen to employees, and strive to uncover any changes and improvements that are needed.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up. Keep listening to the employees and showing the appreciation :). Try to give bonuses if you can! Gifting the local coffee voucher to us all was really well received.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Fresh Egg in June 2014.

    Interview

Initial interview was with two of the most senior member of the team. The competency questions started easy and gradually got harder and more specific - I later found out that the point of this was to see how much you know, but also how you react to something you don't know.

Second interview was with the head of SEO and potential line manager in Worthing - I was asked to prepare and present a top line SEO strategy for a website.
