I worked at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies full-time (More than a year)
Pay and benefits. Job is mind numbingly easy.
H.R. does not work for the employees. They do not back everyone. They pick and choose who they want to help. They cant handle keeping track of payroll either. "Its not possible to keep up with all $400 peoples payroll every week" is what I was told. They wait days to return your call and claim you didnt call.
Advice to Management
Needs a whole new HR team that actually understands and is capable of handling their duties!
I applied online. I interviewed at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (Plymouth, MI (US)) in April 2013.
The interview process was fairly lengthy. First met with HR and the hiring manager - then upper management - then potential teammates. The process took months, but it was understandable as they are very careful to make a great fit for both the candidate and the company.
