    Systems Operations Manager Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate in Melbourne
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at GM Holden (Melbourne).

    Interview

There was a phone interview with HR which consisted of a series of questions about why I applied for the role, why i was looking to move, my career path and salary expectations.

Had to complete three psychometric tests (personality, verbal and inductive reasoning).

Was asked to attend a phone interview (audio conference) with the Operations Manager and Operations Planning Manager based in Detroit at 9pm.

By 9.30pm I was still the only person who dialed into the conference. After getting in touch with HR I was told that there may have been a mix up and that they would find out what happened and reschedule.

Did not hear for several weeks . When I was finally contacted, I was informed that they had settled on an internal candidate.
