    Advice to Management

Recent events has seen the company step into the political realm of social media.
Stick to creating great products and don't get involved.
Create more opportunities to allow mentoring of casual staff so managers can have more time off rather than having only allocated times.
Staff need more independence to run their stores.
More notice to staff on releases and details for more planning.
