    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GrainCorp (Sydney) in October 2016.

    Interview

Had 2 rounds of interviews. The first one with persons in the next level of hierarchy, the second one with senior managers. Experience of both interviews was positive. Felt very comfortable speaking with the interviewers. Conversation was a combination of formal and informal. I was listened to with patience and interest. High level of interaction. Variety of questions asked.
