    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Harrods part-time (More than 5 years)

Lovely department store to work in, staff and colleagues tend to be warm, welcoming and kind, but it really does depend what department you are in.
Good benefits, good pay if your harrods brand staff.
Working morale tends to be good.

Your enjoyability will depend on your manager(s). If they are friendly, and empathetic and good at their jobs in terms of management skills you will be comfortable in your position and will look forward to going into work. If not, then you will be miserable.
Management do not sometimes acknowledge your hard work and try to stretch your generosity,

    Advice to Management

Be more approaching, and helpful. provide more positive feedback and acknowledge your hard working staff! Also, to the supervisors, assistant managers etc who have been promoted to their roles - do not abuse your authority and have a clique-like mentality protecting each others backs!

I applied online. I interviewed at Harrods (Hammersmith, England (UK)) in July 2017.

I applied online for this role after seeing it advertised. I received a call from an HR Specialist regarding an interview a week later. Great interview, thorough in their search for talent yet inviting in the interview. About 2 weeks later was invited back for a second interview. The day after the second interview I was offered the role within the team.
