Average age of the employees are relatively young.
Good place to star. Bottom line of employees are friendly and casual. Can easily be friends.
Not too stressful at work. Good Work/Life balance
Fair benefit plan, but salary is kind of low.

Upper management is treating bottom line employees are robots. No growth and do even think about reasonable raise/per

    Marketing Manager Interview

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Heritage Education Funds (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in October 2013.

I went in to meet with the Director of Marketing for a maturnity contract role of a Marketing Manager. She was a pleasure to speak to, and both her and the current Marketing Manager were extremely friendly, easy going, but straight to the point. They did a great job at drilling me on company questions, of which luckily I was prepared for, as well as were very interested in my background experience. Over all it was a great experience and although I did not land the opportunity, would very much welcome any other in the future.
