    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Gold Coast) in March 2017.

    2 skype calls 1 hr and 1 spa manager
    Very thorough and professional
    Time difference can become an issue when comes to needing references asap also have to listeb very carefully due to language barriers to ensure flow of interview.
    Now medical and refernces have to be cleared for next process also a police check but i recieved an offer prior to interview
