They have tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and great benefits (part-time and full-time only).
For certain support staff roles (or in general) it does not have the most competitive pay and that is because they have so many resources available for their staff. Depending on the years of experience as a Telemetry Technician will determine how much gets paid compared to their coworker(s).
