I have been working at Hometime full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Senior team are so open minded, approachable and smart. The team members are not only great co-workers but great friends. Career wise you are challenge to grow and take the direction the best suits you and the team will work with you to make that happen.

The culture is incredible and so is the Working remote aspect. You have the options to work from home if you choose or to go into the gorgeous WeWork.

    Cons

It is a start up so there are some communication issues but this is normal in this type of environment

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work :)

They reached out to me on LinkedIn and then we had a series of video calls before a final face to face. It was the first time I'd done video call interviews, so was quite nervous about that- but the interviewer made me feel really comfortable and because so much of Hometime's team is remote- it's good to start practicing video calls early!
