    -Hometime has a great management team who are switched-on entrepreneurial and have a great vision for the future and do an amazing job at creating an amazing company culture.
    -Teammates are intelligent, caring, professional and driven to help everyone succeed
    -Great earnings potential
    -A great brand that's well respected and known in the industry.
    -Hometime uses all the latest technology stacks and has a great internal dev team capable of releasing world-class software for the real estate industry.
    -Management support remote working from all over Australia and the world


    -Can be slow to ramp up the earning potential, but once you get there the commissions are uncapped and the world is your oyster! $$$
    -If you're not into hard work and long hours, this could be a con for you. If you're a go-getter and want to make a name for yourself and earn amazing money then this is the right job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work by revolutionising the short-term rental industry and share-economy in general. Don't lose sight of the "one team, one dream" and keep hunting those antelope!

    They reached out to me on LinkedIn and then we had a series of video calls before a final face to face. It was the first time I'd done video call interviews, so was quite nervous about that- but the interviewer made me feel really comfortable and because so much of Hometime's team is remote- it's good to start practicing video calls early!
