Good training programs offsetting a training grant. Working environment is engaging. Factory workers work hard and are very friendly. Good medical plan.
No united team among executive staff. Management team is divided Poor sales and profitability margins cause low pay. No confidentiality A lot of favoritism by CEO. Frequent lay-offs. Poor employee relationships.
Advice to Management
Create a well rounded executive team. Concentrate on sales and profitability. Delegate and let go.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hope Global (Cumberland, RI (US)) in July 2017.
Very distorted and unorganized, there was no continuity in the entire process to allow for my skills to be reviewed in detail. In my honest opinion i had more knowledge than the interviewer had.
