I worked at Infinity Ward full-time

    Pros

Free lunch (dinner also if you work late).

    Cons

    -VERY low pay
    -Poor leadership
    -Slow Advancement
-No one that is a part of leadership cares about you as an individual or your career path.
    -Cliquey
-HR department lacking coordination, sympathy, and initiative

    Advice to Management

Investing more into your already hardworking employees is way better than hiring a bunch of contractors every 6-12 months just so you can pay them a low wage. Perks are never better than benefits.

    Interview

Discussed to setup an interview with department heads, never heard from them again. Said they would be in touch week after, never ever heard anything. Tried to reach out, ignored my email with silence. Extremely unprofessional, I will never work for this company in my life.
