I worked at Intel Corporation full-time

    Pros

Very systematic and have great benefits and people development program. Was proud to be part of this great company for 21 years!

    Cons

Too much focus on diversity resulted in alienation of mainly male employees.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Melbourne) in October 2015.

    Interview

Started off with application, fairly easy.
Proceeded to a face - to - face interview which was fairly comfortable.
In the interview, was asked several normal interview questions and some technical questions which were mostly first year stuff.

    Interview Questions

    • The usual, why do you want to work with intel and stuff. There were some technical questions which were in my field (EEE) but really basic. Comfortable and interesting experience   Answer Question
