I worked at Interactive Data full-time

    Pros

Smaller company with opportunities to move up. On a micro level, a very good company to work for with good middle management, at least in Australia

    Cons

Upper management was always in flux. Ended up trying to cover up a very atrocious financial decision by letting many, many people go in the name of selling the company for marginal profit. This CEO is long gone now

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Interactive Data.

    Interview

Resume was put forward by a recruiter. Two rounds of interviews with the higher-ups related to this position plus HR. The interviews went close to an hour each, with nothing out of the ordinary. Key focus points would be; express enthusiasm, have a problem solving attitude and have a personality.
