I have been working at International SOS (More than 5 years)
I have the opportunity to do interesting and meaningful work everyday. Management are open to new ideas and to innovate continuously. If you work hard you earn respect quickly. Teams are very diverse and international.
As the company is privately owned you never really feel you know what the longer term holds, but senior management have been communicating really well about the short and medium term goals and prospects.
Advice to Management
Continue investing in the IT infrastructure and Human Resources. Be creative in finding ways to bring diverse thought leaders to the attention of the senior management in the organization. Most of the best ideas come from those working with the products and solutions day to day.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at International SOS.
Screening process efficient
On the day they're very pleasant toward you but it doesn't mean they like you. The interview went for sixty minutes. Act subservient. I fell into their traps as I didn't see them coming. Was too trusting of their manner toward me.

Cycling 200 miles from London to Amsterdam, for the second year running. Since last year, the bike ride has become a tradition for our London office, to promote workplace wellbeing and raise donations for selected charities. This year, over GBP 6,500 was raised to support London's Air Ambulance and WMUK. Well done, team! #lifeatinternationalsos #wellness
