SOS is every bit as good as any other place. The culture is one of escalating and sharing a problem. Issues are shared and resolved without blame. From what i can see everyone is treated with respect and valued. Management do a great job in continually sharing updates on the business
No obvious cons. I see many bitter people who have left leave bitter comments. Gotta wonder why they left and why they are bitter. Maybe a mirror is needed

Screening process efficient
On the day they're very pleasant toward you but it doesn't mean they like you. The interview went for sixty minutes. Act subservient. I fell into their traps as I didn't see them coming. Was too trusting of their manner toward me.

Cycling 200 miles from London to Amsterdam, for the second year running. Since last year, the bike ride has become a tradition for our London office, to promote workplace wellbeing and raise donations for selected charities.
