I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than 3 years)
Wonderful team, Lot to learn, Parties and team events, Corporate culture
No work life balance, Could be pretty repetitive
I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at KPMG (Sydney) in June 2010.
Had 5 or 6 interviews with 3 different partners who clearly hadn't aligned their thoughts with eachother. Hence conflicting stories of the firms strategy and where I would contribute. Subsequent process of getting contract agreed was similarly chaotic.
KPMG is the only Big Four firm to bring all of its interns together for a comprehensive national training program. More than 1500 students from more than 300 colleges and universities attended the training in Orlando in June. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQGww
