I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work was challenging and rewarding. I was fortunate to work with a great team. There was a lot of support from all levels of management to complete the project.

    Cons

I didn't have a clear path to transition into another role once the project I was working on was completed

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (West Covina, CA (US)) in October 2015.

    Interview

Called me with opportunities. I found out it's their way of getting agents. They reviewed my 37 years of experience. Discussed the training needed. They are looking for licensed people in " home and property" " health and casualty". They have the training. This takes months and years for the stRt up process.
