I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time
Inclusive, great multinational experience. Flexible work , super brands that make your get to work everyday.
Depends too much on other regions for decision making. Company is too big and have to wait for decision making.
Advice to Management
Keep up the communication, i love it how all employees are always being informed of where we´re going and how we´re going to do it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Sydney) in October 2015.
In depth but straight forward. Some questions were more challenging however there appears to be more questions around the soft skills.
First round and second round questioning was very much like for like, just with different interviewers.
Only call out, was it took a while for the process to turn around from first point contact through to hire.
Was pretty straight forward, given it was more a junior scale, the salary was more inline. Advised of my salary expectation and that was met.
