HR quickly scheduled a phone call following an interview request very short notice though. Given the short notice I thought the company is in rush for hiring a candidate. Very poor hiring practices the company follows. No information about the panel was provided. Actually HR was not sure until last minute who is going to interview the candidate. I was surprised when I learned that both the panel members did not have access to the candidates resume. Looked puzzled lol! No actual job questions. HR did ask a lot of personal questions during the phone call though. Some of them were seriously offensive. There are other ways to ask the information you need to hire someone.InterviewAre you open to relocate?
