Advice to Management
I found working in a multi disciplined work front that processes need to be Consistent across the department and not doubled up, this just adds to the confusion and working things out, keeping things simple gives personnel the best opportunity to 1) understand the requirement of the process . 2) be able to deliver the right outcome according to the process . 3) deliver an an on time outcome for both Company and individual performance and satisfaction
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Leighton Contractors.
Contract role. Single manager conducted the interview. There were behavioural questions asked. The interview lasted about 50 minutes. Asked to describe previous work history. Asked why I was seeking the position and whether I had further questions for them.
