Good stepping stone for those entering the workforce
Work/life balance, low pay for the work, output clinics are considered essential departments, negative management teams, higher ups don't care about employees. Lack of growth especially for those of color.
Advice to Management
This is to President..you have real people working for you not dolls! Give those who deserve a chance to move up and create a friendly, caring environment. No one likes working for a dictator.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lifespan in February 2014.
Quick, easy, they looked at my resume and had me observe the classroom in which I was to be working in. Afterwards they asked me a few questions regarding my schedule and the hours the position required. Once we were done discussing the position they hired me on the spot.
