    Supply Chain Role Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate in Melbourne

    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Lion (Melbourne) in September 2017.

    Interview

Heard so many good things about Lion as a company - the culture, the flexibility, the work/life balance and the career development/progression opportunities. However my personal experience unfortunately as a candidate does not reflect this and my experience with the recruitment process has been rather negative. HR there seems very incompetent to say the least. Poor communication was experienced throughout right through to them giving feedback after the final stage of interview. Does not seem to respect and appreciate applicants' time and effort. They say HR represents the face of the company so it absolutely does make me question how good the company truly is.
