    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Litmus Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Ambitious group growth strategy that is more interesting than big 4 advisory
    - High transparency and willingness / openness to engage (don't have to 'keep it in')
    - Lots of great colleagues and people managers
    - Open to innovation - if you want to carve out a new niche within the business you will be supported or at least the idea will be entertained
    - Evolving positively; some of the problems cited in other reviews have been or are in the process of being fixed

    Cons

    - Some states have healthier office culture than others
    - Operational / support processes still in the process of improving
    - Quite high chance of having to travel for engagements

    Advice to Management

    - Safeguard culture through careful recruitment
    - Continue to engage staff at all levels
    - 'Give permission' to staff to strike out and chart their own path within the company, especially those coming in from more rigid work environments

    Senior Consultant Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Litmus Group (Sydney).

    Interview

There were 2 rounds of interviews after a phone call with Recruitment. First round was a behavioural interview to assess competence and cultural fit. Second round was a case study with a Partner. Case studies are not strategy questions. Questions are implementation focused and ask to demonstrate a practical skill like drawing process maps or designing operating models.

    Interview Questions

    • Draw a process map from a case study and identify pain points and improvements.   Answer Question
