I have been working at Lufthansa full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Intercultural environment
    Airline benefits (staff travel agreements)

    Cons

Difficult for growth. Only the home country nationals get priority in growth in career

    Advice to Management

Employees should be chosen on account of how they work & achieve instead of being political

    Flight Attendant Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Munich, Bayern (Germany)

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Lufthansa (Munich, Bayern (Germany)) in July 2017.

    Interview

It is very difficult, you MUST be fluent in German, B1 or B2 levels are not enough. There is a quiz about your personality and it requires a good knowledge of German. There is an interview with the psychologist in English and German.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you describe a day as a flight attendant?   1 Answer
