    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LumApps (Germany)

    Interview

Hiring manager was quite disrespectful. Didn't let me finish a statement and was unwilling to engage in a dialog.
They did not give an update about any decision made (which is an update in itself). An employer who ghosts their candidates can never be considered a good employer.
Side note: He failed to introduce himself. Very unusual and arrogant.
    Interview

He asked about KPIs of my current role and how success is defined.
