Pros

- Working with amazing people that are always willing to help
- Good devices/equipment provided
- Nice office
- Good autonomy and trust by the management (depends on the team)

Cons

-Chaotic management
- No transparency and company culture
- HUGE turnover
- Fast growing company that is struggling with the expansion

Advice to Management

Care more about their employees and their well-being.
Build a real company culture, focus on people. For an intranet company, that would be nice to focus more on his employees.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LumApps (Germany)

    Interview

Hiring manager was quite disrespectful. Didn't let me finish a statement and was unwilling to engage in a dialog.
They did not give an update about any decision made (which is an update in itself). An employer who ghosts their candidates can never be considered a good employer.
Side note: He failed to introduce himself. Very unusual and arrogant.
    Interview

He asked about KPIs of my current role and how success is defined.
