I have been working at Marsh full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a large company that makes it easy to move around and grow. The leadership is very accessible and open. The company really cares about its employees and they try to make a positive impact on the world. The benefits are good and people are generally happy to be working at Marsh. They always get feedback from employees and the company is quick to change things that aren't working. They also innovate often to stay at the forefront of the industry.

    Cons

The technology can be a little outdated. There are systems for everything, but not all the systems work well together.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I'm young and excited to be only a few years into my career and I'm very impressed by how the company is run. A company-wide event would be awesome at some point. I'm not saying rent out some big, expensive venue, but what about a company picnic or something that would allow for easier mingling between departments and floors. Like the town hall, but less formal.

    Assistant Account Executive Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Sydney
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Marsh (Sydney) in April 2017.

    Interview

Applied online as I saw marsh was hiring via a webpage.
I was then invited to do a web interview, which was then reviewed and after a few weeks was asked to attend an in person interview. After the group interview a background check was done and I accepted a position at Marsh
