    Interview

I was scheduled to have a 30 minute phone interview and was advised to expect STAR (situation-task-action-results) questions. The recruiter seemed disinterested in taking the interview seriously. She gave me a brief description of the role, asked me 3 basic high-level questions and wrapped up the interview after 10 minutes. I was not asked any STAR questions. I felt as if I was being checked off a list and not actually being seriously considered.
