Advice to Management
Continue pushing for work life balance. Continue pushing for internal promotions.

I interviewed directly with the hiring manager. He mentioned that there were three other candidates being considered for the position. He spent the first 30 minutes telling me about the company and about the internship role. The interview was quite easy and pretty straightforward. In all honesty, I ended up asking more questions than the interviewer.
We at Monsanto are honored to be named to Fortune magazine’s 2017 list of “World’s Most Admired Companies,” ranking no. 2 in the industry sector (natural resources - chemicals).
We thank our employees for helping us earn many awards over the years and for making Monsanto a great place to work!
