I have been working at MuleSoft full-time

    Pros

Oustanding company, category pioneer and leader, phenomenal sustained growth, owned by Salesforce, which adds to the benefits dramatically. Customers need us. The local, regional and global teams are fantastic and overall culture is the best you could ask for/dream of.

    Cons

You have to learn and always be ready to put in your best. Not really a con for me but for some it might be.

    Advice to Management

Build coaching skills and coach more pro-actively. Observe and report better to have your coaching plan not a reactive coaching plan that requires the team themselves to share what they need coaching with.

Good experience and different from what I had experienced before. the structure of the interview was very interesting I really liked the fact I got the feedback straight away in my interview and didn't wait days or weeks to hear the result. hiring manager mentioned at the beginning on the interview he normally tell people straight away if they will be going to the next round or not.

  • Buenos Aires is home to our engineering hub, but that doesn't mean everyone in that office is on our Engineering team. Meet Hernan, a Solutions Engineer on our Pre-Sales team, who partners with the Pre-Sales teams in the Field around the world to provide highly technical expertise. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQThA

Meet a Muley: Hernán Nóbile, Solutions Engineer

Meet Hernán Nóbile, who works in Pre-sales as a Global Solutions Engineer in our Buenos Aires office. Perhaps the title of his role - Pre-sales - makes him sound like a salesman, but that's not the case. Hernán's team is responsible for helping, from a technical point of view, all Mulesoft Pre-sales teams across the [...]

Meet a Muley: Derek Asbun, Channel Account Manager

If you asked Derek Asbun five years ago what his career would look like today, it would probably be anything but a Channel Account Manager. After university, Derek played professional rugby before embarking on a product management career-without any computer science experience. Fortunately, his interviewer at MuleSoft saw his potential and a drive, both of which [...]
